How do I navigate through your site?
All of our products are broken down into categories. You can browse in your desired category and search through our products. If you know exactly what you're looking for, you can also use our search option on the top right hand corner of our webpage. You may also go to shop by brand if you know the brand name of the product you are looking for. Lastly, you can browse through our site by using site map, a directory for our website.

Can I order by phone?
We are always happy to hear from you! Although we go through the same process as you would yourself online, feel free to call us and order over the phone and we will input your order for you. You may reach us at 888-SOY-SOFT (769-7638) during normal business hours (M-F, 10am-5pm, PST).

I forgot my password. What do I do?
Please log on to My Account page and click on "Forgot My Password" link. Please enter your email address (the same email address when you created your account) in the pop-up window and click "Submit" button. We will retrieve your password and send it back to same email account within few minutes.

How do I change my password?
Please log in My Account page. You may change your password in "Account Profile" section.

Are babysoy products made under fair trade condition?
Yes!! Babysoy makes 100% certain that our contractors are practicing fair trade and obey the local labor law. Every year, our inspector will visit the contractors' facility 3-4 times without advance notice and make sure everything meets requirements.

payment options

Is it safe to use my credit card for purchases?
Definitely! You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Which other methods of payment do you accept?
We only accept credit card for all purchases.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
A 8.25% sales tax will be assessed on packages going to California. Shipments to addresses outside of these states will not be charged sales tax.

Do you offer gift-wrap?
We believe all gifts should come wrapped! Make your gift extra-loveable with our signature gift box tied with baby-sky tulle ribbon. Gift boxes are $3.50 per order. We consider this deal quite a gift!

Do you offer gift cards?
Each gift should come with a loving note. We sell baby gift cards that are specially chosen for you to accompany your gift. We also offer complimentary gift card with your purchase of our gift-wrapping service. During checkout, you will be asked to personalize your card.

Are all gifts wrap-able?
Not all items can be gift wrapped due to its unusual size and shape. With each item, you will see its gift-wrapping option with yes, no, or unavailable.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE for orders above $100.
For your convenience, we offer UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3 days Select or UPS Next Day Air Shipping. Shipping costs will be determined once you enter your destination and before the order is processed.

Shipping costs will be determined and displayed to you once you enter your destination zip code and before the order is processed.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Sorry, but no, we do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Sorry, but currently we only ship to 50 states within the U.S. . For Alaska and Hawaii , there will be an additional surcharge of $12 and will be sent 2nd Day Air and will be charged accordingly. At this time we also do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.

How do I track my order?
All order placed before 3:00 pm PST Monday to Friday will be processed the same day.  Orders placed after 3:00 pm PST will be processed the following business day. 
Please log on to My Account and go to "Order Status" section. You will see the tracking number after the item been shipped.  Log on to UPS web site: http://www.ups.com/content/us/en/index.jsx and enter your tracking number at UPS "Track" section. You will see the most updated shipment status from there.

returns & exchanges

What is your return policy?
babysoy will be glad to return any items within 14 days (from the day you receive your order) in its original package, with its original tag, unwashed (for clothing related items) and that are not noted with the NO RETURN, FINAL SALE (you'll see this note underneath the add to bag icon) for safety reasons.

All sale items or special promotional items are final sale.

Shipping charges and gift-wrapping charges are nonrefundable.

How do I return an item?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not and would like to return or exchange it, please call or email us customercare@babysoyusa.com with the reason for the return and please provide your order number and the item number of the item you wish to return. We will email you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to include in the address field. Return your purchase to:

RETURNS MADE WITHOUT AN RA# WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

We strongly advise that you insure your returned package in case of loss or damage.

Due to the nature of our business, returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days upon receipt of the product. No exceptions.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING FREE SHIPPING: If your purchase qualifies for our free shipping, and you choose to return all or part of the order, you will be credited the full item price MINUS any shipping and handling costs that we incur in shipping the item(s) to you.

How do I return a gift?
We cannot issue a refund to a gift recipient. We can however issue an exchange or a store credit. Please contact us via email customercare@babysoyusa.com or phone for exchange or store credit for a gift item.
