What is your return policy?
babysoy will be glad to return any items within 14 days (from the day you receive your order) in its original package, with its original tag, unwashed (for clothing related items) and that are not noted with the NO RETURN, FINAL SALE (you'll see this note underneath the add to bag icon) for safety reasons.
All sale items or special promotional items are final sale.
Shipping charges and gift-wrapping charges are nonrefundable.
How do I return an item?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not and would like to return or exchange it, please call or email us customercare@babysoyusa.com with the reason for the return and please provide your order number and the item number of the item you wish to return. We will email you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to include in the address field. Return your purchase to:

RETURNS MADE WITHOUT AN RA# WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
We strongly advise that you insure your returned package in case of loss or damage.
Due to the nature of our business, returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days upon receipt of the product. No exceptions.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING FREE SHIPPING: If your purchase qualifies for our free shipping, and you choose to return all or part of the order, you will be credited the full item price MINUS any shipping and handling costs that we incur in shipping the item(s) to you.
How do I return a gift?
We cannot issue a refund to a gift recipient. We can however issue an exchange or a store credit. Please contact us via email customercare@babysoyusa.com or phone for exchange or store credit for a gift item.
