General Shipping policy
Babysoy currently offers free shipping for orders over $50 and $5 flat rate shipping for US domestic orders via USPS (take 5-7 business days for delivery)
We use USPS or UPS for domestic and international orders. International customers are responsible to pay all fees and duties, should they occur when their local post office or local courier agency delivers the package.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic orders can take 5-7 business days to arrive at your door, and international orders can take 2-3 weeks. We recommend using UPS shipping should you require more accurate package tracking and delivery dates. If you have any special shipping instructions or requests, please contact us at customercare@babysoyusa.com.
For Asian Countries/Regions, we might be able to ship from our Shanghai office/warehouse. Please email customercare@babysoyusa.com with your desired purchased items and we will reply with a shipping quote.
Please note that it's recipient's responsibility to pay import duty and related custom brokerage fees if they should occur.
Gift Box - for gifting and baby showers.
You will see these gift box options below the "Add to Cart" button, please check the gift box of choice and you will be able to enter your gift message underneath.
Returns and exchange.
We gladly refund or exchange any item you purchased from Babysoy within 30 days of purchase as long as they are unwashed and in original package.
Please contact customercare@babysoyusa.com for a Return Authorization Number to be included in the return to help us process the return.

If you would like to exchange for size/color/styles, please contact customercare@babysoyusa.com first. We will process the exchange once we received the package. (exchanges subject to items’ availability and items’ value base on published on Babysoy's website on the date RA# obtained).
We can not process a return if you purchased from a third party vendor i.e., Amazon or a local boutique, please contact the respective store and follow their return policy. However, we can exchange the items you purchased from a third party vendor (or received as a gift) as long as the items are not worn or washed and in their original form. The value of the exchange merchandise will be the value shown on the date you requested for the RA#.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees on returns/exchanges.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE: If your item arrived damaged or became defective in any way within 3 months, we will gladly help you replace the item. Please kindly email a picture of the defect and your order # to customercare@babysoyusa.com and we will process the replacement.
Deal and Steals items are considered FINAL SALE upon payment and are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund or exchange.
We do our best to keep inventory count updated, but we are human and errors do occur, in case we made a mistake and item was sold out, we will contact you to see if you are willing to accept different color/size, we thank you for your understanding and support.
